1. General Provisions

By using the Website, submitting a request through the feedback forms and providing personal data, the user confirms acceptance of this Policy. If the user does not agree with the terms of this Policy, they must refrain from using the Website.

For the purposes of this Policy, personal data means any information relating, directly or indirectly, to a determined or determinable natural person (the data subject). Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions performed with or without the use of automation tools, including the collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

2. Personal Data Processed by the Operator

The Operator processes personal data that the user provides voluntarily when completing the feedback forms on the Website, as well as data transmitted automatically when the Website is used.

When a user submits a request through the feedback forms, the Operator may process the user's name, email address, telephone number, the content of the message, and any other information that the user voluntarily includes in the request.

When the Website is visited, the following technical data is processed automatically: IP address, information about the browser and operating system, the date and time of access, the addresses of requested pages, the referral source, and other data transmitted through cookies and web analytics systems.

The Operator does not process special categories of personal data concerning racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or other beliefs, health, sex life, nor does it process biometric personal data.

3. Purposes of Processing

The Operator processes personal data in order to handle user requests and provide feedback, to inform the user about the status of their request, to ensure the operability and security of the Website, to protect the Website against automated requests and spam, to analyse user behaviour and improve the Website, and to fulfil obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

The legal grounds for processing personal data are Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006, the consent of the data subject to the processing of their data, and the necessity of processing data in order to handle the user's request and achieve the other purposes set out in this Policy that do not contravene the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Procedure, Conditions and Periods of Processing

Personal data is processed both with and without the use of automation tools. Personal data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation using the Yandex Cloud cloud infrastructure.

Personal data is processed and stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, unless a different period is provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, or if the user withdraws their consent, the personal data is deleted or anonymised, except where its further storage is required by law.

6. Cookies and Web Analytics

The Website uses cookies — small text files stored on the user's device that ensure the correct operation of the Website and allow anonymised visit statistics to be collected. The Yandex Metrica web analytics service is used to analyse use of the Website and collects anonymised data about user activity.

The Yandex SmartCaptcha service is used to protect the feedback forms against automated requests and spam, and processes the user's technical data.

The user may restrict or disable the use of cookies in their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the correct operation of certain Website features.

7. Transfer of Personal Data to Third Parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except in the cases provided for by this Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation. Data is transferred to infrastructure providers, web analytics services and spam protection services solely to the extent necessary for the operation of the Website and the achievement of the processing purposes. Personal data may be provided to authorised state bodies on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Protection of Personal Data

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions. Such measures include transmitting data over a secure connection protocol, limiting the range of persons who have access to personal data, and monitoring compliance with the requirements for processing and storing such data.

9. Rights of the Data Subject

The user has the right to obtain information concerning the processing of their personal data, to require the clarification, blocking or deletion of their personal data where it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, and to withdraw consent previously given for the processing of personal data.

10. Final Provisions

The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version of the Policy is published on the Website and takes effect from the moment of its publication. Users are advised to review the current version of the Policy periodically.
